About the role

  • Deliver consistently daring license sales, support and service revenue targets and meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Focus on Enterprise accounts penetration in Saudi Arabia and conduct effective account planning and opportunity management
  • Negotiate favourable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and return on investment
  • Work with partners and alliances in Saudi Arabia for maximum efficiency
  • Partner with sales engineering and in-house teams at Splunk, as well as partner services resources
  • Utilise the Splunk sales methodology and processes effectively
  • Work closely with both international and domestic colleagues at Splunk to expand deal size and customer value
  • Provide timely and insightful input back to corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing data

Requirements

  • Extensive Enterprise Software selling knowledge and experience to large Enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia
  • Demonstrate the ability to grow and scale upwards with the company
  • Strong charismatic executive presence and well presented
  • Ability to make important forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
  • Outstanding management, social, written and presentation skills
  • Thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment
  • Comfortable and have the ability to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate offices
  • Very relevant software proven experience and ability to articulate through previous use cases
  • Use CRM systems (such as Salesforce) extensively
  • Demonstrate a good track record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory
  • Proficient English and Arabic
