About the role
- Prospect, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contract renewals to drive growth and retention
- Partner with EvenUp product and executive teams to develop and execute long-term success plans aligned with customer objectives and business outcomes
- Lead a portfolio of 5-10 key high-value accounts, ensuring personalized high-touch support and strategic guidance
- Be present with clients at least once a week for on-site engagement to build trust and ensure alignment
- Advocate for customer needs internally, providing insights to Product, Finance, and Engineering to improve offerings and align on goals
- Drive measurable impact, scale customer success structures, and shape how EvenUp serves strategic clients
Requirements
- 5+ years in Strategic Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS startups
- Proven track record managing a few large, complex accounts with $1M+ in ARR or equivalent scope
- Consultative approach: skilled at working with every level of the business: executive stakeholders, operations leaders, contributors
- Hands-On & Autonomous: comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership
- Collaborative & internal influence: excellent cross-functional communication
- Weekly local travel: comfortable engaging with regular in-person meetings, drop-ins, trainings within a two hour drive
