Software Engineer

• Du unterstützt unser Entwicklungsteam bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Energy-as-a-Service Plattform im Backend, Frontend und in der Infrastruktur.
• Du arbeitest an einzelnen Features und Komponenten unseres SaaS-Produkts mit – von der Implementierung bis zum Testing.
• Du hilfst dabei, skalierbare und robuste Softwarelösungen für den produktiven Betrieb zu entwickeln.
• Du unterstützt unser Team im Softwareentwicklungsprozess – z. B. bei Implementierung, Code Reviews, Testing und Dokumentation.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CTO und dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in die Architektur und den Betrieb einer skalierenden Plattform.
• Du unterstützt dabei, Codequalität, saubere Schnittstellen und stabile Deployments sicherzustellen.

• Strategic Projects & Growth Initiatives: You initiate and lead high-impact projects that drive SPiNE’s growth.
• Sparring Partner to the Founders: As a direct partner to the founders, you are deeply involved in operational and strategic decisions—from market positioning to day-to-day execution.
• Operational Excellence: You optimize and standardize processes across all areas, from automation to performance tracking, enabling SPiNE to scale with agility and efficiency.
• Finance & Performance Management: With precise analyses and insightful reporting, you steer the company’s financial performance and ensure strategic objectives are met and exceeded.
• Flexibility & Versatility: In an early-stage startup, roles are fluid. You wear many hats—from market analyses to supplier management—and learn new topics quickly.

Full-stack Engineer

• You take ownership of our full-stack architecture and bring technical depth across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• You further develop core components of our SaaS product—from conception to implementation.
• You help shape technical roadmaps and design scalable solutions for production operations.
• You actively drive and expand the SPiNE software development process: from idea through implementation and review to evaluation.
• You work closely with our CTO, the development team, and external partners.
• You ensure clean interfaces, sustainable code quality, and sound architectural decisions.

Sales

• You will support research and the identification of potential customers and market segments.
• You proactively reach out to new prospective customers, conduct customer calls, and help prepare presentations and proposals.
• You maintain our CRM and ensure all leads are kept up to date.
• You analyze market and competitor data and help us uncover new business opportunities.
• You support our team at events, trade shows and digital campaigns.
• You work closely with our Head of Sales and are encouraged to contribute your own ideas that can help us progress.
