• Support the sales team in acquiring new customers and partners.
• Research and identify potential customers and target market segments.
• Conduct customer conversations and prepare presentations and proposals.
• Maintain the CRM and keep leads up to date.
• Analyze market and competitor data to uncover new business opportunities.

• Du unterstützt unser Team bei Events, Messen und digitalen Kampagnen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Head of Sales zusammen und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein, die uns weiterbringen können.

• You take responsibility for our full-stack architecture and contribute deep technical expertise across backend, frontend and infrastructure.
• You evolve core components of our SaaS product — from concept to implementation.
• You help shape technical roadmaps and develop scalable solutions for production operations.
• You collaborate closely with our CTO, the development team and external partners.
• You ensure clean interfaces, maintainable code quality and sound architectural decisions.

• Onboarding & Customer Care: You will guide new customers, assist with setup and act as the first point of contact for questions.
• Customer Support & Service: You will maintain existing customer relationships and handle inquiries related to the use of our solution.
• Feedback & Product Input: You will collect customer feedback, provide input to the product team and contribute to the ongoing development of our solution.
• Process Optimization: You will identify opportunities to improve usage and help make processes at our customers more efficient.
• Internal Liaison: You will coordinate closely with internal teams — Product, Development and Support — to drive customer solutions forward quickly.
• Administrative Tasks: You will handle tasks such as invoice reconciliation, documentation and CRM maintenance with an eye for detail.
