About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support our development team in further developing our Energy-as-a-Service platform in the backend, frontend and infrastructure.
You will work on individual features and components of our SaaS product – from implementation to testing.
You will help develop scalable and robust software solutions for production operation.
You will support our team in the software development process – e.g. implementation, code reviews, testing and documentation.
You will work closely with our CTO and the development team and gain insights into the architecture and operation of a scaling platform.
You will help ensure code quality, clean interfaces and stable deployments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical degree.
You have initial practical experience in software development (e.g. through personal projects, internships or working student roles).
You have basic knowledge of modern software technologies (e.g. backend, APIs, cloud or databases).
You are interested in helping develop scalable software and digital infrastructure for the energy transition.
Nice to have: initial exposure to IoT, energy management or smart meter infrastructure.
You communicate confidently in English and speak German (at least B2 level).
