Develop 3D narrative/puzzle game systems in Unity and contribute to 3D character animation and mocap workflows.
Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers and integrate the latest generative AI research (including LLMs) into gameplay and character systems.
Prefer on-site collaboration in our primary research offices in downtown Akihabara, Tokyo, or San Francisco; participate in international, cross-office teamwork.
Requirements
Independently developed 3D narrative / puzzle games in Unity (bonus points if the game is first-person and/or publicly available).
Proficiency in 3D character animation (bonus: experience with mocap and understanding of mocap workflow; bonus: assets on the Unity store).
Interest and excitement about the potential of Generative AI; experience working with LLMs is a plus.
Passion for anime and the anime aesthetic.
Comfortable working on small, fast-paced, close-knit teams; preference for on-site collaboration in Tokyo or San Francisco.
Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, CA or Tokyo, Japan if necessary; visa sponsorships available for qualified candidates.
