About the role
- Completes pre-service assessment for potential MFC parent
- Completes interview and written assessment of prospective MFC parents and their home environment
- Evaluates MFC parent strengths, skills, and needs for quality and safety in-home service provision under the MFC program and retention of MFC parents
- Provides quality verbal and written communication with MFC and community stakeholders
- Coordinates all clinical day-to-day operations of the MFC Program
- Maintains, reviews, and monitors MFC related data and Electronic Health Record entries
Requirements
- Must be licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
- Must hold a valid unrestricted Florida Driver License
- Preferred experience with Children with Special Health Care Needs, whether inpatient or outpatient settings
- Preferred computer skills, including use of standard office machinery such as laptops, scanners, cell phones, printers and programs such as Outlook, Power Point, Excel and SharePoint.
