About the role
- Integrate AI agents with games
- Build tools for debugging and improving agents
- Support research experiments and analysis
- Proactively seek out engineering requirements of the research team
- Debug and fix performance bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain CI/CD best practices and continue to improve team processes
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or related fields
- Experience with game engines such as UE, Unity, or other engines
- Experience with system design and architecture
- Experience with programming in python and C++
- Passion for making reliable, easy-to-use tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 12+ years of experience in the field
