About the role

  • Process homeowner applications for changes to property while following HOA regulations
  • Complete daily tasks related to providing correct and timely documentation to departments and external clients (HOAs)
  • Perform repetitive operations in operations departments and interact with homeowners as needed
  • Input and verify large amounts of account data and maintain accurate account information
  • Prepare and deliver documents for transactions to title companies, review boards, vendors, realtors, and homeowners
  • Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in person to internal and external customers
  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to clarify information and requests
  • Field internal questions, troubleshoot and resolve related issues
  • Collaborate with team to obtain required documentation and meet strict time frames
  • Adhere to strict HOA-regulated deadlines and maintain accuracy under time pressure

  • Ability to explain regulations and policies to customers and diffuse escalated concerns
  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Proactive collaboration with team to ensure daily work is completed
  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Must live in San Antonio, Texas and be able to commute to the office during training and twice weekly
