Drive to the communities managed and inspect homes for compliance, making notations of non-compliant homeowners
Complete drives in a company vehicle (occasionally use personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement)
Spend approximately two-thirds of the work day driving through neighborhoods to directly inspect homes
Walk some areas of properties when required
Help frustrated homeowners, de-escalate and resolve conflicts
Improve service by recommending improved processes and identifying new product and service applications
Work with homeowners regarding compliance, improvement requests, and resolution of those issues and requests
Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry, researching, assembling information, forwarding to the customer, and verifying understanding
