About the role

  • Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Growth & Sales Enablement Lead role responsible for setting the vision, priorities, and operating model for the Growth & Sales Enablement function.
  • Align team objectives with broader firm growth strategies and market priorities.
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, translating ambition into action.
  • Proactively identify high-potential opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
  • Guide pre-positioning strategy for key pursuits.
  • Support development of growth campaigns, events, and client engagement strategies.
  • Build frameworks, tools, and processes to support repeatable sales enablement at scale.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of sales collateral (capability statements, bios, case studies, etc.).
  • Lead knowledge management and internal communications initiatives that align pursuit teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of business developers, analysts, content specialists, and campaign strategists.
  • Align team members to specific industry or regional areas to ensure deep market familiarity and targeted support.
  • Drive a culture of cross-functional collaboration and high performance.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs to the Bids & Proposals team and align with Governance & Operations to leverage tools, reporting and enablement infrastructure.
  • Measure and report on team effectiveness, pipeline impact, and pursuit readiness.
  • Optimize team structure and roles as we grow, scaling to meet national and regional needs.
  • Continuously improve support models, tools, and resource allocation.
  • Track metrics including win rate improvement, early-stage capture wins and reduction of rework.
  • Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours with some in-person collaboration; flexibility to support work/life needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in sales enablement, strategic growth, or business development leadership
