About the role

  • Do you speak German? A new opportunity in Technical Support for EV Charging (Electric Vehicles).
  • Join an eMobility call center in Lisbon supporting disruptive brands and leading companies in the US and Europe.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with EV charging stations.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting (connectivity, resets, app configurations, cable checks).
  • Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams with accurate documentation.
  • Keep up with latest EV charger models, firmware, and updates.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive experience for all customers.

Requirements

  • Native-level German & good English skills.
  • Previous customer support/technical support experience.
  • Tech-savviness and basic knowledge of IT, networks, or electronics.
  • Availability to work in a shift-based schedule (including weekends).
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, IoT devices, and network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SIM-based).
  • Familiarity with EV charging standards/protocols (Type 2, CCS, OCPP) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Applicants must already be living in the Lisbon area (relocation is not provided).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid setup (3–2 rotation).
