About the role

  • Take full ownership of support tickets end-to-end
  • Perform technical troubleshooting of application behaviour to client expectations
  • Collaborate effectively across teams

  • Lead Deployment of software releases to customer environments
  • Act as the primary customer liaison

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • 5+ years of Customer Support Experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Up to 2 years of experience and strong understanding of SQL Server including complex queries, stored procedures, views, functions
  • Experience with AWS is a plus
