About the role
- Provide technical customer support to our customers through our ticketing system
- Answer questions about the product and help with product configuration
- Monitor system and business alerts and react to them
- Solve known issues and perform workarounds
- Communicate with external data providers and connected external IT systems
- Handle bug reports and perform manual functional testing
- Maintain documentation
Requirements
- 1+ year of work experience directly serving customers (in any field)
- Basic tech knowledge, love for technology and technical mind
- Very good written and spoken English (C1)
- Attention to details
- Motivation to solve problems the best way – not just the fastest or easiest
- Hospitality and motivation to serve customers
- Ability to talk to non-tech people about tech stuff
- Ability to express own thoughts and effectively communicate in writing
- Nice to have: Knowledge of supply chain
- Nice to have: Knowledge of forecasting algorithms
- Nice to have: Knowledge of QA (manual)
