About the role
- Provide technical support to Solutions Architect in building and maintaining integrations.
- Set up and maintain partner-specific API sample collections in tools such as Postman and GraphQL Playground.
- Analyze third-party REST and GraphQL APIs for new integrations.
- Create and maintain clear, field-level API documentation.
- Assist in reproducing and investigating technical issues reported by partners.
- Coordinate user access requests and the setup of service accounts for integrations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Node.js, .NET, JavaScript, or Java).
- Basic knowledge of API concepts (REST, GraphQL).
- Hands-on experience with API client tools such as Postman.
- Detail-oriented and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability and eagerness to learn new technical concepts quickly.
