About the role
- Support users of the Client's internal systems in resolving questions and issues
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Some prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and/or processes
- Professional experience with PHP
- Experience with operating systems
- Basic knowledge of hardware
- Skills in SQL or PL/SQL
- Basic knowledge of Azure/AWS (cloud)
- Basic knowledge of OutSystems
- Microservices and APIs
- Knowledge of Linux environments (e.g., shell scripting)
- Degree in Information Systems or a related field is valued
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
