About the role
- Define, plan and execute Sparq’s AI-First vision
- Act as a change agent and trusted advisor, guiding teams and clients on AI adoption and maturity
- Lead evaluation, piloting, and rollout of AI tools and platforms; manage enterprise AI environment
- Serve as internal consultant, coach, and strategist; partner with project teams to integrate AI
- Mature internal AI practices and standards; refine AI governance program; develop metrics for AI investments
- Cycle through projects to provide ad-hoc consulting, run workshops, and host office hours on AI best practices
- Develop and execute strategies to increase internal AI acceptance and proficiency; partner with delivery leadership to overcome adoption challenges
- Own trialing, piloting, and testing new AI solutions; manage enterprise AI platform program; catalog approved AI tools
- Act as stakeholder in refining AI Use Policy; drive packaging of AI Enablement service offering; partner with CTO to define KPIs
- Provide subject matter expertise during pre-sales and build client relationships
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- C2C is not available
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- At least 10+ years of experience in technology leadership
- Proven experience working with AI/ML solutions and understanding of their practical application within the software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to be a credible, hands-on technologist and strategic thinker
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- Strong communication skills; Proficient in English
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
