Account Manager

• Collaborate with Account Executives to draft new contracts and renewals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients, facilitating effective communication between the vendor relations team, account executive, and clients to address account-related inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure accounts are up to date and in good standing regarding payment, working closely with the finance department to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist Account Executives in gathering information from vendors to relay back to clients, facilitating smooth communication and project coordination.
• Provide support to the Account Executive team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to better serve clients and contribute to the company's growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for every customer you manage.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, to negotiating, to the close. Prospecting efforts will be supplemented with the help of an SDR.
• Build long-lasting relationships with your customers by focusing on their success. You’ll analyze performance, troubleshoot client challenges, and design creative solutions to obstacles.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you’re a trusted resource to prospects and customers.

• Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting
• Prospect for, generate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities by making outbound (cold) calls and emails daily reaching out to key decision makers
• Help prospects understand Sourgum’s solution, and how we fit within their current operations and business processes
• Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website forms
• Track outreach metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product and value proposition
