- Role Name: Telesales Specialist – Cars
- Location: Jordan (Remote)
- Work Week: Sunday – Thursday; Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Standard Time)

- Assist in preparing tailored sales quotes and proposals
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about Soum’s services
- Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution
- Organize and manage customer information for enhanced communication and service delivery
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure all orders comply with Soum’s internal policies and standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Collect, analyze, and report sales performance metrics; prepare sales reports and dashboards
- Monitor and share customer feedback to optimize sales strategies
- Adhere to Soum’s policies and compliance standards in all sales activities
Requirements
- Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory requirement)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, Customer Service, Operations
- Nationality Saudi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong skills in negotiation and relationship-building
