About the role
- Support a new team from preproduction through ship and into live support
- Lead through relationship-building, trust, and influence, ensuring clear plan of record
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Production Lead on major initiatives and alignment
- Create and advocate for clear and realistic production plans
- Ensure teams have clear work systems and up-to-date backlogs to track production efforts
- Track and manage progress of all work against project schedules and budgets with predictable capacity
- Understand overall project goals and end-to-end feature delivery tracking to inform planning
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and decisions, ensuring action items are followed up on
- Identify areas of risk and uncertainty and help teams reach creative/technical consensus
- Communicate effectively to consult and inform stakeholders on team progress
- Facilitate collaboration with other disciplines and teams and anticipate cross-team conflicts
- Help build a positive and inclusive team culture and ensure studio compliance with company policies
- Strive to improve production practices at teamLFG and work with limited supervision when necessary
Requirements
- Experience in internal games production, including experience producing creative teams
- Exceptional communication skills, outstanding analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, including effectively leading a team in spite of that ambiguity
- Strong critical thinking skills, results oriented, focused and composed under pressure
- Proficient in Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA or similar, etc)
