About the role
- Generate specifications for and coordinate development and delivery of custom report requests
- Co-lead and handle multiple report conversion projects while supporting requests from existing clients
- Support quarterly report updates and documentation releases
- Vet report lists, gather supporting information, and work directly with clients and internal resources to reach development requirements
- Work closely with the development team to ensure necessary information is gathered and JIRA tickets are in correct statuses
- Facilitate client meetings and ensure all client custom reports are delivered and tested successfully within established timeframes
- Manage client expectations and maintain internal communication, including keeping JIRA tickets current
- Learn, understand, and train others on standard reports, Jaspersoft, filters, drag and drop requests, KeyStone work areas, and table dictionary
- Interact with clients and internal resources professionally and follow established team procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Requires at least 2 years of similar or related experience
- Credit Union/Banking operational experience is strongly preferred
- A college degree (non-technical discipline) OR multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs OR in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training
- Responsible for determining custom reports needed for each client and vetting report lists
- Experience gathering supporting information and working directly with clients and internal resources to reach development requirements
- Experience working closely with development teams and maintaining JIRA tickets
- Able to facilitate client meetings and manage client expectations
- Knowledge of standard reports, Jaspersoft, filters, drag and drop requests, KeyStone work areas, and table dictionary
- High level of organization and professional communication skills
