• Active support in the implementation and administration of various SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation) in collaboration with the SAP In-house Consultant and external service providers
• Co-responsibility for project management tasks related to new system developments, including coordination with business units, testing of configurations, and implementation
• Creation of training materials and delivery of training sessions for new or changed features within the HR system
• Point of contact and coach for the HR department and other business units regarding the use of the HR system
• Documentation of processes and workflows within the HR system landscape (e.g., job title changes, salary changes, approval processes)
• Handling HRIS tickets in day-to-day operations and communicating with users to identify and implement solutions

• Du entwickelst unsere Controlling Strukturen in SAP weiter als Basis für das interne Management-Reporting und die unternehmensweite Steuerungslogik.
• Du definierst und optimierst Prozesse und Werteflüsse in SAP, insbesondere im Bereich Ergebnisrechnung und Umlagen zu verschiedenen Kostenstellen.
• Du entwickelst und implementierst konzernweite Controlling-Standards (Kostenstellen-Strukturen, Kontenmappings, P&L Logik, etc.).
• Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung eines konzernweiten SAP-Blueprints sowie Roll-outs zu Tochtergesellschaften.
• Du übernimmst Controlling-Aufgaben im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses (z.B. Inventur-Kalkulation, Standardpreis-Kalkulation) und operative Controlling-Fragestellungen im Monatsabschluss.

• Administrative Aufgaben wie die Erfassung von Kundendaten in unserer Datenbank
• Analyse von Fehlermeldungen und Durchführung von Fehlerbehebungen gemäß festgelegter Prozesse und unter Verwendung unserer Tools
