Customer Success Specialist – 2nd Level Support

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support our installation partners and customers by answering technical inquiries (by phone and email) about our electrical devices, such as battery storage systems.
- You ensure a smooth service process to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Administrative tasks, such as recording customer data in our database, are part of your responsibilities.
- You analyze error messages and carry out troubleshooting according to established processes and using our tools.
- You meet your performance metrics and keep your targets firmly in focus.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A technical vocational qualification (e.g., electronics technician, electrical technician, electrician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician) or basic electrical training is an advantage; ideally you have previous experience in technical customer support.
- You have a service- and solution-oriented working style.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy.
- You work from our office three days per week and appreciate the inspiring atmosphere.
- Very good German language skills complete your profile (C1 level).
