Energy Storage Project Engineer Intern

• Lead the implementation of the project quality plan
• Review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members
• Perform document control functions during the execution of the project to include submittals and Requests for Information (RFI)
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors including tracking onsite material
• Collect, maintain, and timely submit project closeout documentation
• Enforce and promote a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing SOLV standards and OSHA policies, procedures and guidelines

• Supports the design, administration, and execution of high-voltage (HV) and EPC project activities.
• Provides hands-on experience across engineering, procurement, document control, commissioning, and field support for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Review PPAs, Generator Interconnection Agreements, Utility Interconnection requirements, contract requirements, and more to ensure project compliance.
• Assist in developing preliminary engineering guidance documents and material specifications.
• Work with Procurement to specify main circuit equipment; review vendor quotes for compliance.
• Participate in functional testing and support substation/PV energization.
• Update and maintain drawing sets, specifications, and document logs.

HV Project Engineer Intern

Field Engineer

• The Solar Field Service Technician (Level 1) will be responsible for performing field maintenance and learning to follow safe work practices of the solar industry.
• Work safely under all circumstances, seek guidance regarding unfamiliar work to ensure safety and understanding of tasks to be performed.
• Operate and care for company property, equipment, and tooling.
• Service solar equipment in multiple solar plants under supervision.
• Perform basic solar equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks under supervision and utilizing monitoring programs.
• Replace or repair solar parts and/or equipment under supervision.
• Respond 'on‐call' as directed by supervisor to assist in emergency equipment repairs.
• Prepare accurate documentation and required reports of work performed.

Solar Field Service Technician

Risk

• Own the company’s data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk, and information governance programs.
• Design, implement, and manage controls to protect sensitive data, reduce insider risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Legal to ensure data protection policies are enforced and adopted.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, procedures, and controls to prevent unauthorized data movement.
• Configure, tune, and monitor Microsoft Purview DLP, Insider Risk Management, and Information Protection policies.
• Analyze DLP and insider risk alerts, escalating incidents as necessary.
• Conduct risk and gap assessments on data handling practices, turning results into action plans.
• Track and report metrics on DLP/Insider Risk effectiveness.
• Assist in responding to regulatory audits and customer security requests.

Information Risk and Data Protection Analyst
