About the role
- Support procurement operations for equipment and materials used in PV, HV, and BESS power system construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project-specific supply plans that guide purchasing and inventory movement.
- Manage a portfolio of projects within an operational region, serving as the primary procurement liaison to cross-functional project teams.
- Coordinate with engineering to finalize Bills of Materials (BOMs) and align material delivery schedules with project timelines.
- Update supply plans in response to design or site changes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in materials management (procurement, planning, estimating, or similar) for utility-scale PV, BESS, and/or HV projects.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply planning roles, or an advanced academic degree in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, including report creation and supply plan management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in purchasing, supply chain planning, and project execution.
