About the role
- Plan and execute Supply Chain Transformation Workstreams supporting Sysco’s Recipe for Growth.
- Partner with Business Leads to facilitate project planning for multiple Workstreams focused on enterprise value delivery.
- Leverage PM tools to document detailed work plans and manage daily Workstream progress.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager and Business Technology partners to develop innovative solutions to Supply Chain problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in lieu of education (e.g. supply chain, merchandising, wholesale distribution)
- 3 years of experience
- Business and/or technology consulting, project planning, process re-engineering, and systems integration
- Direct experience in the end-to-end supply chain process (Procure to Pay; Operations; Facility Design and Optimization; Order to Cash; Mergers and Integration)
- Demonstrated leadership experience on multiple cross-functional transformation projects
