• Plan and execute Supply Chain Transformation Workstreams supporting Sysco’s Recipe for Growth.
• Partner with Business Leads to facilitate project planning for multiple Workstreams focused on enterprise value delivery.
• Leverage PM tools to document detailed work plans and manage daily Workstream progress.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager and Business Technology partners to develop innovative solutions to Supply Chain problems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in lieu of education (e.g. supply chain, merchandising, wholesale distribution)
3 years of experience
Business and/or technology consulting, project planning, process re-engineering, and systems integration
Direct experience in the end-to-end supply chain process (Procure to Pay; Operations; Facility Design and Optimization; Order to Cash; Mergers and Integration)
Demonstrated leadership experience on multiple cross-functional transformation projects
