About the role
- Manage the implementation of a new HRIS system and other systems across the organization
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Establish and manage project plans, business case development, milestones, and risk assessments in partnership with the HR technology team
- Coach and consult leaders, teams, partners, and individuals to adopt new ways of working and navigate change initiatives
- Provide strategic and tactical thought leadership, leveraging data to influence discussions and provide leadership recommendations
- Actively monitor project risks and scope, facilitate communication for stakeholder alignment, approvals, and remove barriers
- Own and lead meetings, including establishing project charters, preparing agendas, delivering project updates, and tracking progress and timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment with leaders, manage multiple project timelines, and draft executive-facing communications
- Collaborate with teams to enhance how they leverage digital tools and systems
- Report to the Director of Digital at headquarters in Arlington, Virginia
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience
- 4+ years of Project Management Experience
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong sense of urgency
- Must be local to the Arlington/DMV area
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
- Experience with the implementation of HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, etc. (preferred)
