Serve as a critical link between HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure systems are compliant, efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
5+ years of experience in HRIS management, HRIS integrations, implementation, and process ownership
Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or similar platforms
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOX) and system security best practices
Excellent communicator with stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills
