About the role
- Own & optimize HRIS processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead projects & system upgrades end-to-end, ensuring smooth rollouts and strong adoption
- Safeguard data quality & compliance, turning HR data into insights that power decision-making
- Partner with vendors & stakeholders to build solutions that scale globally and locally
- Champion innovation, benchmark against best practices and drive digital HR transformation
- Process owner for Time Management setup in Innomotics
- Serve as a critical link between HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure systems are compliant, efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, HRIS integrations, implementation, and process ownership
- Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or similar platforms
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOX) and system security best practices
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) — bonus
- Fluency in English; Czech is a plus
- Willingness to occasional business trips
