About the role

  • Develop and implement growth strategies across the PACA and Occitanie regions
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers and new prospects
  • Lead presentations of our TASKI solutions to existing clients and prospects
  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and training to ensure optimal adoption of our solutions
  • Launch TASKI innovations to customers and prospects through impactful presentations
  • Upskill Diversey sales teams in the region on TASKI solutions
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Ensure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction in all relationships
  • Manage your sales pipeline and sales forecasts via Salesforce, maintaining clear and accurate data
  • Act as a TASKI ambassador at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
  • Align TASKI solutions with customer needs to deliver measurable, high-impact results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in cleaning solutions or services
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in a matrix organization spanning multiple countries or functions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a pipeline-management, numbers-oriented approach
  • Highly self-motivated, responsible and results-driven
  • Valid driving license (Category B) required; high mobility (around 80% travel) — company utility vehicle provided to transport cleaning machines
  • English proficiency is an advantage
