Collaborate with both global and regional sales teams to develop and execute sales-related activities in Heating and Cooling segments including large Heat pump and Chiller OEM, District Energy, Food retail and Datacenter
Define sales strategy and priorities together with the Product Line, make sure sales regional teams have the correct insight and give the right focus
Build and follow up a pipeline in comprising new business to existing customers with the designated regions
Support sales regional teams to negotiate contracts and close new agreements to existing customers
Support Sales regional teams in pricing, have their feedback to build a reliable Forecast and Demand Plan
Stay up to speed with relevant technologies, competitors, and market conditions
Share with PL all relevant information for launch of corresponding new products
Update the regional sales team and partner network on new products and features
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred (technical or commercial education accepted)
Minimum of 5 years' experience ideally in Heat Exchanger area
Experience in the HVAC industry required
Passionate by all topics/market related to heat exchanger and ability to explain key benefits and value propositions related to our range of Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers
Self-motivated with excellent collaboration skills
Ability to work with multiple cultures
Ability to view problems from different perspectives and find customer-centric solutions
Inspired by personal interactions with customers and colleagues
Enjoys being part of a global organization - You will mostly be working with virtual teams across Europe
English level C1
Travel estimated to be up to 30%.
