Data Analyst

• Drive Operational Excellence: Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our processes. You will serve as the bridge between raw data and customer experience team strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and operational improvements that drive the business forward.
• Build Scalable Analytics: Design, build, implement, and maintain tracking systems and dashboards in HEX that automate manual reporting on operational metrics. You will ensure stakeholders have self-serve access to the metrics that matter most.
• Curate the Data Layer: Collaborate with engineering to maintain clean, reliable data models. You will help refine our SQL transformations to ensure our data infrastructure scales with our growth.
• Synthesize & Communicate: Translate technical findings into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical audiences. You will tell the story behind the data, helping leadership understand *why* trends are happening and *what* to do about them.
• Wrangle Complex Data: Perform detailed work with structured and semi-structured data (including nested JSON) to extract relevant signals from the noise.
• Support the Workforce Management and System Admin team on analytics and capacity planning projects and dashboards as bandwidth allows — functioning as an extension of the data function from within CX
• Provide an analytical bridge between CX operations and the broader company data infrastructure.

Data Analyst – Customer Experience

Director

• Lead Solace's development of a strategic plan to serve Veterans as we scale, including opportunities to engage with the VA on potential partnerships.
• Build and sustain relationships with Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) to expand Solace's reach and credibility with the Veterans community
• Develop clinical protocols, referral pathways, and operational workflows that enable Solace advocates to deliver exceptional care navigation for Veterans
• Serve as the internal expert and voice for Veterans care — educating advocates, physicians, and product teams on VA system navigation, benefits, and Veterans-specific needs
• Collaborate with Solace's Product and Revenue Cycle Management teams to build scalable tools and processes for Veterans programs
• Identify and track quality metrics; drive continuous improvement in outcomes for Veteran members
• Represent Solace in conversations with Congressional stakeholders and federal healthcare policy forums as needed

Recruitment

• Source and engage talent across targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and whatever else works.
• Build and manage pipelines for multiple active searches with clear headcount targets.
• Run structured first-round screens to assess motivation, fit, and alignment with Solace's values.
• Keep pipelines clean in our ATS (Ashby).
• Deliver sharp candidate summaries that give hiring managers what they need to make fast decisions.
• Partner with the recruiting team to refine search strategies and improve what isn't working.

Recruiting Sourcer

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of high-stakes agreements, including MSAs, BAAs, and strategic partnerships.
• Serve as the architect of our legal infrastructure, automating workflows, and identifying process gaps.
• Act as the primary legal advisor to the broader business across growth initiatives.
• Navigate complex regulatory frameworks into actionable guidance for teams.

Lead Commercial Counsel

Performance Marketing

• Support execution of TOF campaigns across paid social, display, video, Connected TV, Direct Mail, Out of Home, programmatic, Podcasts, OTT, Satellite Radio, and Streaming Audio.
• Partner with the TOF Performance Marketing Manager and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with briefs.
• Manage timelines, specs, and deliverables across campaigns.
• QA campaigns across platforms to ensure accurate targeting, creative, and tracking.
• Implement and validate UTMs, pixels, call tracking, brand lift, and conversion tracking.
• Maintain clean and consistent campaign tracking documentation and naming conventions.
