Support day-to-day IT operations tasks, focusing on device setup, account provisioning, and hardware inventory management.
Assist with unboxing, imaging, and configuration of new employee devices (macOS and Windows).
Support the creation and configuration of new employee accounts across core platforms (Microsoft 365, Entra ID).
Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, including laptops and peripherals.
Provide basic Tier 1 support for common endpoint issues, escalating as needed.
Shadow senior IT team members to learn MDM platform operations and endpoint lifecycle management.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
A detail-oriented, organized approach to tasks—especially when handling hardware and account records.
Eagerness to learn IT operations fundamentals in a hands-on corporate environment.
Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
Ability to follow documented procedures and ask questions when unsure.
