About the role
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders
- Create user stories, use cases, and process maps
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to design solutions
- Conduct testing of new functionalities (UAT, SIT) and support deployment
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end users
- Prepare business and system documentation
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills
- 8+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
