About the role

  • Execute a sales strategy within assigned region focused on revenue growth with assigned accounts (IT resellers, furniture dealers, end users)
  • Manage existing assigned resellers and generate new business through lead qualification, development and closing opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional RSM to ensure exceptional account experience
  • Lead end-to-end sales process from lead generation to fulfillment and renewal for assigned accounts
  • Build and communicate Ergotron product value proposition and enable resellers
  • Manage activities, leads and opportunities in Salesforce and other tools; maintain reseller information
  • Coordinate with leadership and marketing to create relevant materials and engage other sellers across verticals
  • Travel to customers, industry events and for team collaboration as required

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • 2-6 years selling in a B2B environment with account management and self-generated leads
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the IT Channel
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of IT equipment and their utilization within assigned industries
  • Prospecting at multiple levels within an organization and identifying decision makers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales funnel management via Salesforce
  • Sales methodology certification preferred (Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc.)
  • CompTIA or CTS certification preferred
  • MS Office Suite proficiency; ability to develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and basic Excel tasks
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred; prior CRM experience required
  • Valid driver’s license required
