The mission of the Sales Enablement Specialist at SoftExpert is to optimize the sales team's performance by designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive enablement program that equips sellers with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to consistently exceed revenue targets.
This professional plays a critical role in aligning strategies, tools, and processes to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness.
Develop and deliver high-impact training:
Design and deliver engaging training programs addressing new products/services, sales methodologies (such as MEDDIC and SPIN Selling), and best practices in customer relationship management;
Use multiple training formats, such as workshops, webinars, e-learning courses, and coaching sessions;
Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve learning outcomes.
Create and maintain sales support materials:
Develop high-quality sales assets such as presentations, proposals, case studies, and videos;
Ensure materials are always up to date and aligned with market trends and customer needs;
Manage a centralized repository of resources to facilitate access for the sales team.
Drive alignment between sales and marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned;
Adapt campaigns and marketing materials to maximize impact on lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Marketing within technology or B2B environments;
Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach);
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data;
Fluent English and/or Spanish;
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Organizational skills, project management, and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to create engaging and impactful training content;
Experience in high-growth technology companies or startups;
Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and SPIN Selling;
Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
MBA or sales certifications.
