About the role

  • Map and proactively research companies and decision-makers whose profiles align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), using prospecting tools, professional networks, and market data.
  • Make initial outreach (emails, calls, messages) to present the company's value proposition and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Map areas and pain points within companies that fall inside Hand Talk's (HT) ICP.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Contribute to market expansion strategies.
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training to improve skills.
  • Research and identify leads in the notary services market.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading the sales cycle.
  • Strong experience in prospecting, territory/account planning, and team-based selling.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills:
  • - Proven track record in sales and pre-sales, including active prospecting.
  • - Proven history of exceeding sales and pre-sales targets.
  • - Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software.
