• Available to support the team in Talent Attraction & Selection and internal communications
• Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, grounding people management and team-building decisions through People Analytics
• Support leadership in mediating conflicts and anticipating critical needs related to culture, engagement and employer brand
• Lead succession committees, identify key talent and provide input for retention plans and internal mobility
• Design, implement and monitor performance review cycles and the progression of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
• Diagnose training needs, develop learning content and manage area metrics (effectiveness and costs)
• Support the development and monitoring of compensation plans, ensuring internal balance and market competitiveness
• Lead engagement surveys (eNPS, GPTW, Health) and coordinate committees with leadership to implement action plans
• Analyze exit interview results to develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve the employee experience
• Plan the annual calendar of events and company gatherings, working in synergy with Marketing on internal communication actions
• Lead or co-create cross-functional projects (Attraction, Diversity, Employer Branding) aligned with Hand Talk’s strategy
• Consolidate HR metrics into dashboards (KPIs), turning raw data into executive reports to support management
• Keep HR workflows and processes up to date and documented (using Notion as the primary knowledge base).

• Mapear áreas e dores de empresas dentro do ICP da HT.
• Prospecção Ativa (Outbound): Criação de listas e execução de abordagens multicanal (Telefone, E-mail, WhatsApp e Social Selling) para a geração e agendamento de reuniões e demonstrações próprias.
• Habilidade em negociações de termos, condições comerciais e contratuais visando fechar acordos mutuamente benéficos.
• Gestão ponta a ponta de vendas complexas, com habilidade em engajar múltiplos stakeholders e tratar objeções.
• CRM: Manutenção rigorosa de registros e dados no sistema, assegurando previsibilidade (forecasting) e transparência nas interações.
• Participar de treinamentos para aprimorar habilidades.

• Identify companies within the ICP and build qualified prospect lists for outreach.
• Execute multichannel outreach (Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Social Selling) to generate and schedule meetings.
• Optimize templates and scalable, personalized communication flows.
• Conduct strategic conversations to understand prospects' accessibility challenges and connect them to Hand Talk's value proposition.
• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure qualified opportunities include the necessary information for closing.
• Maintain an organized CRM and manage a high volume of daily activities.
• Identify objection patterns and adjust the sales pitch accordingly.
