About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Artistic Creation: Produce 3D animations for sign language, 3D renderings, images, videos, and graphic assets, using generative AI tools to assist development and optimize the creative process.
Technical Development: Use Blender for 3D modeling, animation, and rendering, and employ AI tools and open-source solutions such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111 to create, adapt, and automate workflows, developing pipelines that increase efficiency and production quality.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other artists to integrate AI-generated art into diverse projects, ensuring creations meet aesthetic and thematic goals.
Research and Development: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advances in generative AI and diffusion models, exploring new techniques and tools to improve the quality and originality of produced art.
Model Training: Perform training or fine-tuning of diffusion models to create custom artistic styles or meet specific project requirements.
Work in close partnership with linguists, Deaf and hearing collaborators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience creating visual content in 2D and/or 3D, including 3D animation, rendering, and video editing.
Understanding of composition, color, perspective, and design.
Mastery of the 12 principles of 3D animation and their application to game animations.
Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, animation, and rendering.
Experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo, DALL·E and open-source tools like ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111.
Interest in diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
