About the role
- Identify and prospect potential clients (agencies, tour operators, companies, organizers, MICE) to develop new partnerships and sales campaigns;
- Conduct maintenance and prospecting visits within your region of operation, providing support to other regions when necessary;
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and market conditions to assess acceptance of products and/or services;
- Represent all GAV RESORTS properties in operation;
- Execute commercial activities and participate in trade shows and events;
- Send quotations and proposals to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields;
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the hotel, tourism, or events sectors;
- Knowledge of the corporate market, travel agencies, tour operators, and OTAs;
- Proficiency in negotiation and client prospecting techniques;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
