  • Drive program management across multidisciplinary teams, including software engineering, hardware systems, robotics, AI, product management, and field operations.
  • Partner with construction industry experts to translate site-level needs into scalable automation solutions combining mechatronics, computer vision, and cloud-based controls.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies using project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Coordinate software and hardware development cycles, ensuring integration points are managed across prototyping, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Leverage Autodesk tools (Revit, BIM 360, Construction Cloud) to ensure seamless planning, modeling, and visualization of automation systems within construction workflows.
  • Oversee financial modeling, ROI assessments, and business case development to support executive decision-making.
  • Build and deliver compelling executive-level presentations that communicate vision, value, and performance milestones.
  • Ensure delivery of excellence, governance, and compliance with safety, industry, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement to meet evolving construction site needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in program/product management across software and hardware initiatives—ideally with exposure to automation, or industrial systems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to deployment, preferably within a construction or industrial tech context.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit or other BIM software, the AEC suite, with the ability to integrate these tools into program workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Oracle Primavera or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with a track record of translating user needs into actionable technical programs.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and multicultural teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into clear, strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in confidential, security-sensitive environments is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
