About the role
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing key priorities.
- Strengthen leadership through coaching and identifying development opportunities.
- Build relationships with executive business leaders to advise on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Act as a change agent as the business reshapes to improve customer and employee experience.
- Lead complex, data-driven initiatives (employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, leadership development).
- Partner with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs.
- Provide analysis of client organizations' health by examining trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency and partnership across other functional areas of HR.
- Create cross-functional initiatives as a member of the People Partner team and think beyond aligned client groups for broader impact.
Requirements
- 8 to 11+ years of HR experience in a business partnering function working with Go-to-Market business departments across the ASEAN region.
- Experience directly supporting and coaching senior executives.
- Employee Relations and/or compliance experience, or experience collaborating with those functions.
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
- Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to be proactive, anticipate needs, and provide alternatives and options to the business.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; articulate and persuasive communicator.
- Ability to conduct group facilitation, and coach and counsel management at all levels.
- Experience in leadership development and being a trusted advisor to senior leadership levels.
- Ability to work from Snowflake’s Singapore office at least 3 days per week.
- Bonus: Other country exposure within APAC (Australia, Japan, Korea, India, China, etc.).
