💰 $220,500 - $245,000 per year
About the role
- Drive and nurture relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners, focusing on EY, to strengthen and expand collaboration and drive growth
- Build comprehensive joint business plans and joint GTM strategies including strategic objectives, target markets/industries, and joint industry solutions
- Inspire partner practice development: evaluate expertise, capabilities, delivery quality, define certification growth plans, and support enablement
- Manage the alliance development lifecycle, own 360-degree partner relationships; quota-carrying role with sales goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing to ensure seamless partner and customer experience
- Coordinate and execute co-marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and content creation to generate leads
- Assist partners with Snowflake’s partner program and sales process: deal registration, proposal support, reporting, and alignment with Sales Leadership
- Monitor partner performance metrics, shift priorities, take risks, and drive delivery on partnership goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- A minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, business development in technology
- 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
- Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators and specific experience working and building relationships with EY
- Ability to manage regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress
- Strong executive presence and polish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred
- Travel Required: Estimated at 25-50% (variable)
