About the role
- Partner across the EC Experience team to help operationalize the EC Lifecycle strategy and support key strategic priorities
- Own and drive key operational initiatives and cross-functional programs from planning through execution
- Track progress against goals, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers and helping coordinate solutions
- Support decision-making by developing analyses and structured insights that inform prioritization and trade-offs
- Take ownership of ambiguous operational problems by structuring analyses, developing recommendations, and driving implementation
- Act as a cross-functional connector across Delivery, Product, Engineering, Supply, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure alignment and effective execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes from the ground up
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience creating queries and extracting insights from data
- Excellent project and/or program management abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience working with engineering and product teams
