AI Engineer

• Partner with customers to build and deploy impactful Gen AI and machine learning solutions, from use case scoping and data exploration to model development and deployment. This will involve designing custom approaches using state-of-the-art tools, with the goal of delivering real business value and informing the evolution of Snorkel’s tooling.
• Develop and implement state of the art AI systems such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning pipelines, prompt engineering recipes and agentic workflows.
• Create augmented real-world datasets and comprehensive evaluation workflows to ensure model reliability, transparency, and stakeholder trust. A data- and evaluation-first mindset is essential for success in this role.
• Forge and manage relationships with our customers’ leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful development and deployment of AI projects.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales Solutions and Product teams to map customer needs to existing capabilities, prioritize roadmap gaps, and guide successful project setup.
• Work with other Applied AI Engineers to standardize solutions and contribute to internal tooling and best practices.
• Lead stakeholder education on quantitative capabilities, helping them to understand the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches and what problems are best-suited for Snorkel AI.
• Serve as the voice of our customers for new AI paradigms, data science workflows, and share customer feedback to product teams.
• Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many enablement workshops to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using Snorkel AI.

• Define the process and decide what data we build next by combining market signal from customers and GTM with your team’s read on where frontier labs are headed.
• Define and own the quality for benchmark design and support GTM in positioning it against existing datasets.
• Mentor and grow a technical team comfortable with x-functional and customer-facing work, setting a high standard for quality and velocity while staying hands-on yourself.

• Own a multi-quarter roadmap centered on novel evaluation, error analysis, and data valuation techniques
• Synthesize and share trends from model-failure analysis and benchmarking into recommendations on the datasets the community should focus on and the ones Snorkel should invest in — making this team a primary input to the company's data strategy.

Director, Research – Evaluation & Training

Account Manager

• Own the go-to-market motion for the Open Benchmarks Grants program: program design, launch planning, grant cycle execution, collaborator coordination, and release moments.
• Build the program calendar and keep a steady cadence of collaborations and releases moving from concept to launch.
• Experiment with new formats for how benchmarks, grants, and research collaborations reach and resonate with the research community.
• Spearhead and write technical content and campaigns for Snorkel on collaborations.
• Work alongside research leadership to drive OBG strategy, shaping how the program comes to market and how GTM feedback informs the direction of Snorkel's data offerings.
• Bring an external and market lens to program priorities: which collaborations and releases will land hardest with researchers, frontier labs, and enterprise audiences.
• Stay embedded in external research conversations, at conferences, in research communities, and through lab relationships, to surface and suggest new collaboration opportunities.
• Serve as a front door for inbound collaboration interest and a scout for high-value outbound partnerships.
• Translate every collaboration and benchmark release into compelling external moments: launch campaigns, point-of-view content, emails, blogs citations, social proof, and conference activations.

Research Partnerships Manager

Payroll

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution.
• Oversee and coordinate international payroll operations across multiple countries, including employees, contractors, and Employer of Record (EOR) populations.
• Serve as the internal payroll expert and primary administrator for Rippling.
• Partner with international payroll providers, EOR partners, and local advisors to ensure payroll is processed accurately and compliantly across all jurisdictions.
• Administer semi-monthly payroll cycles, including salary, bonuses, commissions, equity-related payroll impacts, fringe benefits, deductions, garnishments, relocation benefits, and final pay calculations.
• Review payroll changes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to payroll submission.

• Build and maintain the shared data access library and SDKs that Platform, Packaging, and Dataset API teams use to read from and write to multiple data sources

• Build the systems that track how data moves through the platform (lineage), enforce who can access what (governance and RBAC), and log what happened (auditing)
