Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of HR experience
At least 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
HRBP experience in professional services, managed services, or a delivery-heavy tech org
Experience supporting an exec in a GM model
2+ years managing HRBPs or serving as an HRBP Team Lead
Proven expertise in organizational design, talent development, and performance management
Strong understanding of contractor and contingent workforce models
