• Serve as Snapdocs' internal and external SME on eVault, eNote standards, and digital collateral.
• Engage end-to-end with Snapdocs' largest and most complex eVault clients, guiding lenders through program design and implementation.

Principal, Digital Collateral, eNote

Software Engineer

• Own day-to-day execution of your engineering pod: sprint planning, delivery, and team health
• Partner closely with product managers to align on quarterly goals, clear blockers, and keep work pointed in the right direction
• Work alongside engineering leadership and the engineering team on architectural decisions, shaping them, not just attending them
• Take on a second engineering pod within 3 to 6 months as your leadership of the first team is established
• Lead full performance management for 8 to 12 engineers: 1:1s, twice-annual reviews, coaching plans, and promotion recommendations
• Translate emergent AI strategies into team-level execution; partner across the org to test and refine workflows, review cycles, and SDLC practices as engineering-wide standards take shape.

Senior Manager, Engineering

Account Executive

• Own and execute enterprise sales strategy within a defined territory, including named account planning and outbound pipeline development.
• Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders at large lending institutions to understand their business priorities and connect them to Snapdocs' solutions.
• Run full-cycle enterprise deals from first contact through close, including six-figure contracts.
• Apply MEDDPICC across your pipeline — mapping metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria, and paper process with precision. We expect you to live in this framework, not just cite it.
• Build a deep understanding of each target account: their digital transformation goals, organizational structure, existing technology, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to build deal-specific value propositions and manage execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to lending leaders navigating digital transformation, from RON adoption to eClose rollout.
• Stay current on e-closing and mortgage technology developments to maintain credibility in every conversation.
• Seek out coaching, share pipeline intelligence with leadership, and contribute to the team's collective knowledge.

Enterprise Account Executive

• Run the full sales cycle — from first touch to signed contract. That means working inbound leads (cycles can close in a month or less), generating your own outbound pipeline, and making sure what you sell is actually what gets delivered.
• Build outbound pipeline in non-mortgage verticals: financial services, legal services, estate planning, auto, and others as the market develops
• Identify target accounts in verticals with no existing Snapdocs presence and create first contact — cold outreach, sequences, phone calls, whatever it takes
• Work and convert inbound leads quickly — these cycles can close in under a month, or up to 3-6 months.
• Lead discovery and qualification with precision: understand the buyer's pain, map their process, and establish shared value before you pitch
• Manage opportunities through close, including clear scoping conversations so implementation and customer success know what they're walking into
• Partner with the Solutions Consultant on technical evaluations for larger deals
• Carry and own a revenue quota — not just a bookings number
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce; keep Gong updated
• Work closely with Legal on contracts for new-vertical accounts, Marketing on inbound lead quality, and CS on post-close handoffs

Account Executive – Settlement & Notary

Implementation Specialist

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for lender customers across Digital Close, eVault, QC Suite, and new products as they are released — from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on eVault and eNote. The go-to for edge cases, nuanced industry questions, process flows and secondary market expertise.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and customer communication cadences for every active implementation.
• Drive adoption beyond go-live by equipping customer teams with the training, process guidance, and operational readiness needed to use the platform successfully.
• Lead change management across the customer organization, helping teams adopt new workflows, align stakeholders, and roll out Snapdocs successfully at scale.
• Collaborate closely with the team's digital collateral strategist to expand eVault depth and strengthen eVault and eNote documentation and knowledge across Snapdocs.
• Identify gaps in eVault implementation methodology and industry knowledge and fix them.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales on pre-implementation alignment, handoffs, and escalations.
• Contribute process and methodology improvements that the whole team benefits from.
