About the role

  • Lead and motivate the support team to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Work directly with customers on tickets, chats, and calls when needed
  • Be the go-to person for tricky support cases and make sure issues get solved quickly
  • Create and improve processes so the team works smoothly and customers stay happy
  • Write and share knowledge base articles for customers and staff
  • Help with datacenter operations and assist in deployments when needed
  • Keep an eye on support performance (response times, satisfaction) and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service (management experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong interest in servers, networking, and datacenter operations
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • A team player who enjoys coaching others and working with technology
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Bonus requirements: Experience with Proxmox
  • Bonus requirements: Experience with Juniper Switches and Routers
  • Bonus requirements: Experience with BGP and other networking protocols
