Support injured individuals through their recovery journey after a motor vehicle accident as part of the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team
Provide compassionate and high-quality customer service and manage end-to-end claims with mentorship
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders and guide customers through each step of their recovery
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and grow expertise navigating complex challenges
Complete work rights, police and credit checks as a condition of employment
Requirements
Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded)
A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others
Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments
Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care
Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
