About the role

  • Support injured individuals through their recovery journey after a motor vehicle accident as part of the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality customer service and manage end-to-end claims with mentorship
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders and guide customers through each step of their recovery
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and grow expertise navigating complex challenges
  • Complete work rights, police and credit checks as a condition of employment

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded)
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others
  • Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments
  • Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care
  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
