Support three integrated campaigns in Q4 2025 as a contract marketing writer for a pilot engagement
Create persona-driven marketing content that generates Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
Convert case studies into one-pagers that can be used in outreach
Develop landing page copy that clearly conveys pain points, outcomes, and CTAs
Produce email sequences (subject lines + body copy) for Apollo and newsletter tracks
Write ad copy (LinkedIn, search, display)
Draft blog posts aligned with approved content angles (800–1,000 words)
Deliverables may include: Case Study One-Pagers (2–3 per campaign); Landing Page Copy (1 per campaign); Email Cadence Content (~15 emails per campaign); Ad Copy Variations (3–5 per campaign); Blog Posts (1–2 per campaign)
Collaborate with SmartLogic Marketing Lead and other staff for content reviews and revisions
Pilot engagement with option to transition to a retainer in 2026
Requirements
Tone: Confident, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused
Persona Alignment: Tailored to personas defined by SmartLogic
Format: Editable Google Docs, following SmartLogic templates
Attribution: Work-for-hire, all IP owned by SmartLogic
Experience writing B2B SaaS and nonprofit/mission-driven content
Familiarity with persona-driven, outcomes-oriented marketing
Ability to adapt to SmartLogic’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
Portfolio of case studies, campaign copy, and blogs
SEO optimization skills a plus (not required)
Benefits
Rate: please let us know your hourly rate
Cap: not to exceed 40 hours per month without prior written approval
Payment Terms: invoiced weekly, every two weeks, or once monthly as you prefer. Invoices due Net 15.
Retainer Consideration: If the Q4 pilot is successful, we will discuss shifting to a monthly retainer structure beginning January 2026 based on deliverables rather than hours
