Develop and execute account growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and pursuing upsell and cross-sell activities (outreach);
Understand each client's broader business objectives and align our web development services to support their strategic goals;
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build and maintain strong client relationships;
Participate in the pitch process and prepare proposals for clients in collaboration with the business development team;
Contribute to the analysis and preparation of responses to public tenders and invited requests for proposals (RFPs);
Follow up on client payments according to contractual agreements;
Actively participate in project review meetings to drive the evolution of our standards and ways of working, with a focus on efficiency;
Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups;
Stay informed of industry trends, digital technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and recommendations;
Provide high-level project status updates and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
Promote client retention by ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Bilingual in French and English;
Strong customer service skills;
Demonstrated leadership and ambition;
Deep knowledge of the digital space;
Familiarity with Craft CMS and/or WordPress (an asset).
