About the role

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and pursuing upsell and cross-sell activities (outreach);
  • Understand each client's broader business objectives and align our web development services to support their strategic goals;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Participate in the pitch process and prepare proposals for clients in collaboration with the business development team;
  • Contribute to the analysis and preparation of responses to public tenders and invited requests for proposals (RFPs);
  • Follow up on client payments according to contractual agreements;
  • Actively participate in project review meetings to drive the evolution of our standards and ways of working, with a focus on efficiency;
  • Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups;
  • Stay informed of industry trends, digital technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and recommendations;
  • Provide high-level project status updates and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Promote client retention by ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual in French and English;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership and ambition;
  • Deep knowledge of the digital space;
  • Familiarity with Craft CMS and/or WordPress (an asset).
