Project Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact and project owner for clients and internal teams
• Oversee and manage project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle (from discovery to close)
• Track and manage project budget and schedule, proactively addressing variances
• Lead project discovery and deliverable review calls with clients and stakeholders
• Identify, track, and manage project action items, issues, and risks
• Participate in project reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods
• Ensure that client goals and requests are aligned with the contractual scope of work
• Provide clear and frequent communication with the client regarding project status, scope, and any additional requests
• Proactively manage client expectations and offer timely change orders for out-of-scope requests
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rates and build strong client relationships
• Serve as an expert advisor to clients and provide day-to-day support to the project team
• Coordinate activities across various teams, including creative, development, SEO, and quality assurance
• Provide detailed feedback to internal resources to ensure a high-quality delivery
• Keep the team motivated and ensure efficient, proactive day-to-day production
